Terrible customer service. Mechanics do not know how to diagnose anything, only throw parts at it hoping it fixes the issue. Service advisors hung up on me and now will not answer or return my phone calls. Service advisor and their lead mechanic laughed at me when I kept going there with a noise that they claim they couldn’t find. Absolutely do NOT recommend going here. I’ve had a knocking noise for months now and they are playing the game of ignoring it until I’m out of warranty. Awful, awful service.

The vehicle I purchased came with snow and all weather tires, after spending quite a bit of time at a local shop to have the tires changed over it then comes to my attention that the tires are not the correct size for the vehicle. I then call the service department for Sullivan, and get connected to who I was told was the sales manager, I explained the situation, he tells me he will call me back after he figures out what can be done. when you pay for a life time warranty it should be for life and not tell people they had it for too long and you will not honor it anymore.

While our dealership did not sell or represent that life time warranty to you, as you learned, there is a required inspection after 10 years that is required to keep the contract in place. In the absence of the warranty, Northwest Hills would still like to help you take good care of your car, so please contact us if we can assist. We do appreciate your business and loyalty these past several years that we have been servicing your vehicle.
The Jeep Service employees have always been courteous and helpful. I only have service on my Jeep done at Sullivan's Northwest Hills Dealership.

Great service, friendly staff
I had a scheduled appointment for a oil change but found myself in Torrington the day before with time to get it done. I come from out of State so I stopped by to see if they could fit me in. They did without a blink of an eye. It was later in the day and they went out of their way to accomadate me. They are always so friendly and willing to help. I am very happy with the service that I receive there.
Poor customer service. Not only did they keep my Jeep for a month. Keep giving me excuses why the Jeep wasn’t fixed. When they finally went to work on the Jeep they said they’re original diagnosis was wrong. The price jumped from $2,500.00 to $7,500.00. They didn’t fix anything and charged me $1,200.00 to put the jeep back together in much worse shape then when I brought the Jeep in.
