The staff is Northwest General Dentistry is courteous, friendly and extremely professional. The owner is attentive to your needs and constantly checks to make sure that your pain is kept to a minimal. The office staff is always willing to help.
I love Dr Arnold! She did a great job with my fillings, root canal and crown replacement. She made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was feeling anxious.

I love this guy. He is genuine, competent, straight forward, and honest. If I ask if something will hurt, he answers honestly. He seems to be conscious of how much talking his patients are comfortable with. I've never felt rushed -- even when I start asking random questions about how and why (that have nothing to do with me.) They are ALWAYS on time -- more than any other doctor, dentist, lawyer, tear that I've ever had! Yeee haaaw!
Excellent! Visit was for six month cleaning and examination. Dental Hygienist Mary R.did an excellent job. This was the most comfortable teeth cleaning I ever had. She was patient, professional and personable. This was also my first interaction with Dr. Vakil. I found him professional and personable. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The dental visit was a terrific experience.
