Another great visit to this office. First dentist office I have ever enjoyed visiting.
It is always a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned by Mary, she is very through and gentle, Mary also took care of my elderly mother who could not speak. Mary had a way to communicate with her that made her very comfortable. Mary also takes care of my adult children's teeth, we love her very much. Dr. Vakil is a true professional and his staff is very efficient and very helpful with all matters of insurance.

I had a visit with my dentist Dr.Otten at Northwest General Dentistry today. I have to admit that I have a history of being quite nervous about having dental work done but Dr. Otten always makes my visit very calming with his soft demeanor and gentleness. He makes me feel very comfortable by explaining everything throughout the visit. I highly recommend Northwest General Dentistry.
The staff is very helpful and nice. The doctor answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood his explanations.
