Dr Otten is the best Dentist in Houston! Very honest and caring personality. I never had met a dentist that truly cares about the patient as a person, your teeth, your smile, he feels your pain, your discomfort. It's not about the money with Dr Often. Example: I want veneers. He will not do them until my permanent teeth are perfect! Any other dr would do it for the money. I moved from the Copperfield area.
