I told the front desk that I had another apt across town and that I needed to be out by 11. Cindy was made aware and got my xrays and cleaning and checkup complete in no time and did a fantastic job. Cindy and Dr. Otten were both very prompt and professional. The entire staff is so professional and attentive. I always tell my friends and family about Northwest. Thank you!

I have been coming to Northwest General Dentistry for years. My kids and my husband all come. We love Dr. Vakil's easy going and calm vibes. I have not had any bad experiences at all. They've all been good.
Cindy did a great job!!!! I was able to get in to get a cleaning the same day and was very nervous. She was very professional in explaining procedure and was very caring during procedure. She reassured me and I was happy that I felt comfortable during the cleaning. Thanks Cindy!!!
Julie was very nice and professional. I asked for an appointment ASAP and she was able to get me an appointment that afternoon.
Had to have a crown replaced. I’m very sensitive and have a bad gag reflex and they were very understanding and worked with me. I enjoyed having the crown work done in one appointment. Dr Otten got it done and fitted in the first try. I totally recommend the practice. The staff are professional and very courteous.
Great experience! Dr Vakil and staff were great I didn’t know what to expect for my 1st Crown. No pain during or after procedure.
The staff here is consistent and been our dentist for more than 10 years!
