I have been going here for about 10 years. All of the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Fatima for eye surgeries. She removed my cataract a week ago and now I have 20/20 vision in that eye! I can see! Dr. Fatima is an amazing surgeon that I have the utmost respect for. Dr. Fatima is friendly, caring and helped me so much! I had a question for her and she called me right back. Dr.Fatima is the very, very best!! Sincerely, Brenda Huffman
I walked in by mistake looking for another provider and was treated terribly, I was so grateful this was not the office I was supposed to be in, if it was I would have walked out and never looked back!! Just awful and I worked at the front office of a provider’s office for 25 years. These physicians should be ashamed of how their patients are being treated by the receptionist and the assistant! If you don’t like what you do you should look elsewhere.

One - They have changed my appointment without telling me. Two - Depite of many text/phone confirmations from their end, I was not seeing the doctor after 90min! Someone mentioned here they are disorganized. I have to agree to that.
I arrived 15 minutes early for a 1:40pm appointment. I waited until 2:35pm and then asked the young lady at the front to cancel my appointment and advise Dr. Elnick that although she may think her time is more valuable than mine it most certainly is not. A 20 minute wait or even 30 on a bad day I can live with but an hour? I think not. I will take my insurance dollars elsewhere.
