RecommendedMy car started to have transmission problems and shaking steering wheel. Took it to get diagnosed to see what could be the cause the service advisor took care of me quick. She let me know what the problem was and what my warranty covered and made sure my tires were balanced right. Ken Baker sold me a van couple of months ago - dozens of phone calls - visit to the dealer - still no action. HORRIBLE Customer Service! They owe me a REBATE and keep telling me the check is in the mail. These guys are not trustworthy.
2 months ago I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500. I went to this dealership 3 times looking at vehicles and was never helped. I was then told to go to a different dealership to purchase a truck. I did and I was able to buy a 2019 Ram that was a loaner for a heck of a discount. Northwest Dodge is 10 miles from my house and is the easier choice for service. Two different prices 2500$ more then advertised scam don’t waste your time unless u willing to pay 2500$ extra for the car

Brought my 2016 Dodge Challenger in for routine 20k mile service as well as hanger replacement for my Aftermarket Flowmaster exhaust. My service writer was George Hammond. I was happy with my initial visit, even though it was a costly visit (more than a grand).
