Bought a vehicle in JUNE, they had to take it back (but I'm still paying for it) because it wasn't titled to them and they messed up the paperwork to have the title changed. I called the County and they didn't do anything to fix the paperwork until SEPTEMBER. Now I'm driving a loaner, with a 4th temp tag about to expire and no word in almost 2 weeks. The GM didn't respond to any of my emails begging for assistance. How can they sell a car that isn't even titled to them? Mistakes happen I get it, but have some sort of account... read more
