Bought my truck a year ago and it started giving me problems starting. I made an appt for them to look at it. I show up to the appt only to be told they weren’t looking at vehicles regardless of having an appt because it was Saturday morning and they had a skeleton crew. That if I left my truck there that day, they wouldn’t even look at my truck until Tuesday and not have results until Wednesday. If I could give a lesser star for this "establishment" I would. Customer service? There is none, went in there and spend well over 60,000 dollars for what was supposed to be a brand new vehicle only to find out that it was what the managers drove. And boy did they drive the heck out of that vehicle. Had to wait around for financing for over two hours, apparently only one decided to work that day. I buy 2 cars it is the very best place for your
Our sales guy was great when we were buying the truck. the second you own it and need it to be serviced you may as well forget it. they can't find.my contract , can't find the free oil changes, can't find the order for fixing the plastic window covering. Very poor service then for recalls they ask to leave your vehicle for 24 hours without offering rental.or loaner car EVEN though you have warranty and contract. Very unhappy customer ☹️ Dodge is calling Tomball to see if they can offer better service
