Worse place to buy a car.Not fair to the customers. Took my car for an oil change and the person that brought the car back to me dropped the towel he was using to dry out the car after they also "washed it" and scratched all my car. They basically gave me the way around and never fixed the scratches.
horrible!! all they want is money. came in last week for a diagnosis check paid $180 just to be told there was nothing wrong. I couldn't wait any longer so, I made an appointment today for inspection. less than 7 days later my 2019 jeep suddenly has codes. So, now im paying fees on top of a failed inspection. 😒

Absolutely do NOT recommend this dealership! We were there for over 9 hours just to purchase a vehicle. 4months later I’m having issues with the 2018 grand Cherokee Jeep. The screen is malfunctioning,and nothing works correctly on it. So all the sweet add ons that I thought I was getting I’m actually not. I called to try and have it looked at but it’s going to cost me $200 just so they can look at it and then decide if they want to cover it or not😡 it’s in the computer board but obviously it’s NOT covered!!! horrible customer service not recommended to buy a truck on this dealership
BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Avoid this dealer. Listed price with rebates and dealer offers. Manager flat out said they do not have to honor the prices they have listed. They had the prices listed on their website and Auto Trader both. Manager stated they don’t give the discount they are offering on all of their listings, and they don’t have to. Advised this was bait and switch since they have it listed and won’t give the discount. Basically they said it was too bad. Tried to raise the price by thousands.
