Hello all, My experience with Northwest Dodge was disappointing, I purchased a used 2018 GMC Sierra with 14,000 miles. I had the truck shipped to NJ, after having the truck for a couple days, battery is dead. I fully charge battery (I’m in the auto business), truck battery is dead the next day. I ask to be reimbursed for the cost of the battery ($160), I’m told no by management. I didn’t think I was asking to much considering I just spent a total of 47k on the truck. RecommendedThis is my 2nd vehicle in 2 years from Northwest Dodge. I regretfully went to another dealer location on 249 before coming back here... and lord knows I should have just stuck with what I know. They hit it outta the park. And even worked so hard to make sure the rebates didn’t expire due to the holiday, that they drove down 6 hours themselves to get signatures and finalize the sale contract. Sales James Williams and Finance Jennifer Lewis are amazing. I will be back! And this is a customer for life.

warning ⚠️ ⚠️ don't buy used cars from this dealership. they sold me a car with a rebuilt engine without mentioning anything about it, not a word about the repairs done to it. the engine blew after 1000 miles of driving. I'm an active duty soldier, my car broke down so I needed a new reliable car thsys why I went there, I ended up getting the worst deal of my life, literally. I will do the best in my power to spread the word about this dealership. the sales lady was the best person I've meet in my life though.
Mel Hanvelt rocks. The unconnect radio in my truck had to be replaced due to it’s not holding a channel. It would change from FM to SXM, the screen delaminated. I advised Mel that I would like the radio replaced in time to travel to Tennessee and Pennsylvania at the end of the month. This was on 6th of this month. Mel called me today, the 16th, and said the radio was in and could be installed today. I am extremely satisfied with the job that Mel did. Great customer service while buying truck. After you buy, you are dead to them. No customer service at all. Talked with 2 managers, no response. No care, every time I call, its someone else problem. Needless to say, Still can't get anyone to help. The sales person won't even return my calls. Have left her several messages. You can buy a nice truck anywhere, but customer service is what sets dealerships apart, I strongly advise to stay away from this company.
