Pretty upset at the moment!! Well so far I was told (during the purchase) that when I came back for them to fix a few items that I could get a loaner. So they made 10 am appointment to get loaner car. Got here and not only No Loaner Car but the one hour wait that was promised has now been three hours. Now I was told after waiting that I still need to come back after they receive the part! Very pissed at the moment!
I bought my vehicle almost 2 years ago. It does no good having a service plan because you have to wait 30 minutes just to tell someone you are there for an appointment. There are probably 10 windows but only 2 people working every single time I go there. There is a 2 day wait just to have a diagnostic test run. Seriously I was told I had to leave my van for two days for them to tell me if my car wouldn't start because of the battery. The staff is overworked and cranky as all get out. Dropped off Jeep. For a day. Tried to get hold of a human being yesterday. Nothing. Now today. 4 different people can’t tell me what is going on. 26 minutes on hold. Really?! I’m still waiting. I need it today and time is ticking away!
I've gone to this dealership more than once and everyone has been great each time. They're always willing to work with me and Ms. Carole is a God send.
From experience this dealership is not the place take your vehicle when you want real time diagnostics and repairs. $161 later my check engine light remained on with no detail information. Besides wanting my permission to charge another hour on diagnostics. No resolve until I took my car to Top Flight Auto Repair on Skinner Rd. Very helpful and reasonable, he was able to explain the codes to me. Also if they come back the diagnostic fee goes towards the service of my vehicle.
