I value good service and when my check engine light came on in my 09 ram 1500 I knew who to take it to because of other past great experiences. Marion, not only diagnosed my problem even after the light had gone off that morning but she pointed out some other issues that I knew were going on with my truck. I have been using this dealership for all routine services and recall works for the past 2 years or so. I chose to come here because of great services I received from the service department (service advisors & mechanics) eventhough I did not buy my RAM truck from this dealership. Mechanical and Electrical issues can be really bad headache, even worst is bad customer services. A dealership with great people makes a big difference. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly. Your sales person and sales manager play numbers game to confuse the buyer and make them think that they are getting a good deal. If you are a buyer please stay away from Northwest Dodge in Jersey Village. They do not care about the customer they just want your money.
