Two Words, Chase Klusendorf!! He was there helping me since day 1 that I was looking at their cars online. I took my 2012 Jeep unlimited in for recalls. The Jeep operated perfectly when I dropped of as it’s my daily driver. One of the recalls was to replace a power steering line, I got the jeep back and drove 200 yards and the power steering went out. Took it back to the dealer and basically was told they weren’t doing anything about it until I spoke to the manager. He then took it back to have the technical department look at it.
