This office is ABSOLUTELY terrible at answering the phones when you call, no matter what time or day. Get left on hold so long that the system times out and disconnects the call. It shouldn't take 7 attempts and an hour of your time to get through to someone, especially if you're at a specialist and you were informed they never got the referral.
Ridiculous patient care that’s very unlike the Northwell system. Firstly, this place does not pick up calls, it either rings out or they put you in ridiculously long hold. I was able to secure a PCP appointment and the earliest was 3 weeks away. Nonetheless, took it as I needed to see a doc, but the day before the appointment they called and canceled it due to “scheduling issues”. No apologies, no alternatives offered. They never respond to calls, been on wait plenty of times for more then 15-30 minutes. At some point it kicks you off the call so cannot even leave a message. They do not call you back.
