Ridiculous patient care that’s very unlike the Northwell system. Firstly, this place does not pick up calls, it either rings out or they put you in ridiculously long hold. I was able to secure a PCP appointment and the earliest was 3 weeks away. Nonetheless, took it as I needed to see a doc, but the day before the appointment they called and canceled it due to “scheduling issues”. No apologies, no alternatives offered. They never respond to calls, been on wait plenty of times for more then 15-30 minutes. At some point it kicks you off the call so cannot even leave a message. They do not call you back.
Today I visited northwell partner physican in fresh meadows in union turnpike and I have to see dr Ahmed cardiologist there but I want to talk about his nurse working with Dr Ahmed she was rude with us and treating the patients screaming and no respect and she try to call the patients in wrong way even she ask my family to go in and start treating with dR and she said no it’s not your time go out is it the way northwell treating there patients So please I need to take action against her
Great place I started seeing my PCP Dr. Salalac here this past year and I have been very happy with him. He really seems to care and always follows up visits with direct phone calls to explain any bloodwork that I’ve done. I also came here to one of the other doctors they have to schedule a colonoscopy and he was also very, very good. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of help!!!
