3rd purchase from Northtowne I have bought 3 vehicles from Northtowne. It has always been a great experience. Never a lot of pressure but they do let you know they want your business which is important to me. My salesperson Adam was very knowledgeable and explained features and benefits well. I was short on time at delivery so Adam took the time on a return visit to go into the vehicle options in depth. I had already bought and taken delivery but he still took the time. Satisfied I was very satisfied with my experience. Ryan was very friendly and helpful. He was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted and at the right price! I had to return to the dealership to have them finish detailing my car (they were closed when I purchased my vehicle) and to get a minor dent fixed......all of the staff were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of and left happy. I would highly recommend Northtowne Hyuandi!

Their service department is horrible I would not recommend this place or to buy a Hyundai. They have had my car for two days and didn't do anything to it!! So frustrated

Great Job! When we first began our search to replace our 2002 Hyundai Sonata we spoke with Matt K. He was very knowledgeable about the 2016 Sonota line. He made our entire buying experience so smooth. We are a busy family of 4 and always seem to be running short on time. Matt worked with our time constraints and was AWESOME about ensuring we purchased the vehicle we needed and wanted. We tend to drive vehicles for many years, but I hope Matt is still in the sales department when we purchase our next vehicle!
