Best car buying experience ever I feel that Ryan Deatherage went above and beyond to maintain customer satisfaction. He went through every detail with me thoroughly, he came in on his day off to service my needs, he was very professional . I would recommend him and Northtowne Hyundai to anyone.
Great Time Selected vehicle online and then called the dealership, to confirm it was there, it was, so Iset an appointment up and test drove the Tucson, Loved it! Then we set up a deal I got what I wanted Price, Intrest Rate, Trade Value, They really worked with me. Overall a really Great Auto Purchase.
Mike Smith Salesman was great! Altho' Mike Smith, the salesman, was great! I was not happy about how the finance manager lumped in the cost of the extended warranty and maintenance contract with the loan costing me extra interest. I could have paid cash for that part of it, but was not offered that option. Other than that debacle, I love the car. It is exactly what I wanted! I have already recommended Mike Smith and the dealership on Facebook.
Genesis purchase Salesman and manager and finance manage were above and beyond nice and helpful and caring it appeared. Will purchase from them again in a few years.
Hyundai Elantra 2017 Another wonderful experience with Northtowne Hyundai and Adam Quint. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from them and him specifically. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson.
