Wonderful Give Lauren a raise! We bought our car during a rainy day. Only note: Some of the interiors wasn't prepared as it should. We found red and clear tape several places.

I just gave you a very long description of my troubles at the dealership. I had a bad experience and I feel lied to. I believe I misled to think I was getting something I did not get. I believed I was getting oil changes included in my "deal" and found out that instead that I got charged $1000+ for a service contract and $400 plus of that was for the oil changes.

Another Hyundai from Northtowne This was the sixth Hundai we have purchased from Northtowne and the fourth from sales consultant Mike Lopez. Mike is a super conscientious salesman who really cares about the customer. In fact, that's what sets Northtowne apart -- customer concern. And customer service. The service department is top-notch and we wouldn't go anywhere else to have our vehicles taken care of. I'll continue to buy my vehicles at Northtowne.

I am a very dissatisfied customer and the customer service your dealership provides is very unsatisfactory. I had been having a problem with my 2014 Hyundai Sonata not starting and I have had it for a little over a year. I made an apt. and drop my car off the night before the apt. Aron had called me that Friday morning and informed me that the service had been completed on my car and I could come pick it up. Elantra purchased for my daughter My wife and I both thought Matt did a great job. Really nice. No pressure. Was able to answer all our questions and get us the price we felt comfortable with. The finance process with Mr. Breavers went smoothly also and took less time than I'm accustomed to when buying a car. Great job guys!

Unexpected Good Deal on New Car I wasn't in the market to buy a car, but rather get my car fixed that I was currently driving. Joe (Domino) showed me that I could buy a new vehicle at the same price that I was paying for my used car (I was about to run out of warranty on the older car). I am a loyalty customer (this is my second purchase with Northtowne).
