Good deals, and put me right where my budget was. Jerry Hall and Northtowne Hyundai was a above average dealership when i purchased a car with them. They didn't go far beyond my expectations or try to meet me exactly where my budget was, but they are reasonable, friendly, and will try to work with you.

Very bad experience My experience with northtowne is very very bad. I went to the store to buy certified vw beetle. On my first visit they quoted a price I went back to buy the car after 2 days they changed the word and increased the price of 800 within 2 days and the manager exact words were "this the price period" . If it's not possible then they should have told the same thing in the first place.. What is the need to change the quote and be so rude. Here we go again We bought our 6th car from this dealership. Every one has been a good experience. We know we aren't getting duped. Of course, it helps to have a good product, along with an excellent sales and Maintenance departments.

A great car buying experience! This was a great car buying experience from beginning to end. I started with on-line chat with Sal Termini and then I went to the dealership on a Thursday evening , returned on Friday morning with the car I was trading in, had to leave to move my kid in college from one house to another and I returned on Friday morning before I had to report to work. Good Experience We dealt with Sal for our sales, he was very knowledgeable and worked to get the vehicle I wanted around my specified purchase price. Tim was our finance person and he was straightforward and honest, and was able to get us a lower rate than we had planned. Adriano showed us the vehicle features and was very helpful with all of my questions. I am really pleased with my new vehicle and I appreciate their help.

No pressure great deal car expierence Car buying can be stressful but this time was different. We purchased our first hybrid car and couldn't be more happy. Bob gave a very detailed explanation of the cars abilities. Thank you for an enjoyable car buying experience !
