Dealer in KC This was my best visit. I have purchased two other Hyundais and a Volkswagen over the last 20 years. I didn't like my prior sales person or the management. The last Hyundai I had I experienced problems and the dealership was not willing to help.

Garza I'm hoping that the issues that I have had with my vehicle so far can be fixed when I take them in. I was told by my sales person that once the weather gets better to bring the car in so they can take a look at things and fix them. My review really isn't complete until I see how they deal with the issues that I have experienced with my new car. Issues that should not be happening. My Hyundai Purchase Excellent experience leasing my first car. Tim explained all of the new features on the new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport so that I felt well equipped once I drove off. He checked up after the purchase as well to ensure everything was running smoothly, and also had my plates installed in a short amount of time as promised. Being new to Kansas City, it was comforting that he introduced me to the maintanence staff and showed me exactly where to go if I ever were to need anything. Thanks so much!
