I was driving my Toyota highlander from Cleveland back to Boston when my car broke down on the New York State thruway. Luckily I was towed to Northtown Toyota. They took care of me right away and discussed my options with me. Unfortunately I needed a new transmission and I decided to authorize the repair since my car only had 108,000 miles. Amazing customer service. Service department treats you like you are important to them. From the ease of dropping my car off, them verifying the work to be done, the great waiting area with coffee and snacks, quick shuttle ride home and the ease of picking up my car. The entire experience was great.
I have never been treated so wonderfully at any Toyota dealer. Beautiful customer lounges, short wait and they wash your vehicle! I will never go anywhere else for purchase or service of a Toyota

Josh was such a great help! Having a difficult lease situation and being a grad student are situations not to easy to deal with and Josh really took the time and effort to find me a deal I was comfortable with! I'm excited to pick up my Camry today!
