I loved my experience at Priority Toyota.Wendell was amazing if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be in my beautiful c-hr. I went twice already for a noise coming from one of my tires , (right side) first they stated my tires where( cheap )her words!! and that’s why that side was making noise .- then I went again because noise continued , and they said it was my breaks that needed to be changed - so I did . And. Well the noise is still there so 👎
I'm glad others have had a good experience, mine was not so much. Disappointed. Not nearly as good experience as I had with Toyota in Raleigh, NC. Replacing my totaled Prius, refused to look at a used car unless it came with 2 sets of keys (having been stranded with no keys). Salesman guaranteed to get me a second set free no problem. With all things finally done, 1 set of keys, had to pay $500 I didn't have for the second set, grrr. Parts only ordered a key, NO KEY FOB necessitating 2 trips and hours waiting to get the seco... read more

Almost 3 hour wait for an oil change and I had an appointment. I had to ask them when it would be done after not hearing from the service advisor for over 2 hours. Their service sucks!!!

Large inventory to choose from. Purchase includes free oil changes and car wash for life of car. Convenient location. Carlos was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him. Just keep in mind that negotiations are with management not sales. Spent eight hours negotiating.

I had the worst experience of my life my first time ever at a big car dealership I had trust issues with buying used cars else where and I wanted to come in a buy a car even if I had to make payments even through I read so many negative reviews about this place I got approved for a car drive it home and then I get told by one person my tags aren't legal which is a flat out lie and then I get told I had to put another 2 grand down no one in this place can't keep a story straight lie and none of your stories are the same shame... read more
