Went for my maintenance check up, great check up in and out in a hour.
I dropped my vehicle off at 10am, in which I made an appointment on Tuesday for the safety inspection. Was notified at time there was 2 recalls on vehicle that also needs to take place, it would take 3-4 hours for work, so they offered the shuttle service to take me home. Calling at 1:20pm ( yes over 3 hours later) to check on car, was just assigned to technician and car will be done by 5pm. This is really not acceptable, now waiting to see what they say is wrong with the car... let's hope nothing. Not happy at all. So much ... read more

Recently had a pretty good experience with northtown auto. I knew what I wanted when I went in and Stuart Cooper made it happen for me. My credit was non existent, I wasn't sure if I was going to be to afford the car I wanted. Stuart and the finance department negotiated with the banks to make the car affordable for me. Stuart fought for me, which made me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend Northtown Auto to anyone looking for a new car. Go see Stuart, he's the man!
