I just bought a vehicle from this location, and I can honestly say that all the staff here were very helpful, my salesman Joshua Lange was very helpful, understanding and was able to answer all my questions above and beyond. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new/car you go and ask for Josh. He was not pushy or overbearing which was the best part. Even after I drove off, he has still been above and beyond helpful. Thank you so much for making this experience a great one.

Lisa Cooper was the fabulous sale rep who sold me my 2016 Toyota Camry SE. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and she was so nice about it. Went through everything step by step, had me take a test drive with her, and then for paper work went through each page and let me know what I was signing. Though I do have to applaud everyone there, I had a few people say hello to me and ask how I was doing. Such a great environment, I wish I had more stars to give!

My experience at Northtown Toyota this week was very pleasant, and it went very smoothly. The service was phenomenal, Josh Lange helped guide me and my father throughout the process. We weren't afraid to ask any questions, and he went very in depth about the entire process. Both my dad and I ended up leaving with two 2016 Toyota Camry's and we are both very pleased with our visit.

Everything from start to finish was a smooth process. I was able to trade my car in for a brand new 2016 Toyota Camery SE. With the two year lease i was giving money back for the trade in and kept my payments the same. Being given everything I asked for my business with Northtown will continue! (I'm from Rochester and it was worth the drive.)

if you want a great price and great service then northtown is the place to go and ask for alex burdick he goes out of his way to make you happy and cares about your needs and not to just sell you a car never had the carring and respect that was giving to me by him and mark and shawn first time buying here and now i will not buy another car any where else from now on but northtown alex and crew thanks you's for the great costumer service
