Literally months to get maintenance to fix things. I have a broken door knob that I requested help with almost 2 months ago. I'm still waiting. It took literally over 7 months for them to completely empty one of the dog waste recepticals (GROSS!). Rarely are the waste bags stocked. The current management bought the place in June 2025. The pool hasn't been open since and looks rather disgusting. The bbq grills that people once used have been left to rot and should probably be replaced. Visiting my mother in law and it's depressing the condition of this apartment complex is. The excuse they gave at the office when I went to complain about not getting the work done was that they didn't have budget to hire maintenance guys! They only have one guy which is ridiculous 🙄 The area looks nice in pics, but not in person...
Just moved to the area and my two bedroom is soooo spacious. Thanks April and Angelica I really love my new home!!
