Our family LOVES our new wood-burning stove from Northstar!. Holly and her staff helped us select the right stove for our needs, assisted us with the paperwork for getting our town approval, then installed our stove in just one day. Northstar's staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And best of all, we are now heating our entire home with our new stove, using wood harvested from our own property.
Your Commercials are awful...hire actors. Would never buy anything at your store because I am sick of seeing a hog in a hot tub and your husbands dumb smile. I called once to try and get my stove and system cleaned and the answer was we only clean stoves and systems that we have sold or installed. Are you guys kidding?

Dear Ms. McKeown, In regards to your post about our service rates, we agree that a flat fee of $189 plus tax for the cleaning and inspection of your gas fireplace is reasonable for the work to be provided.
