They are dishonest about their service after the sale, they should be up front and honest during the sale about their terrible service and not standing behind their products! We purchased our very first HotTub here and it is Marvelous!! If your thinking of getting one DO IT! Holly is so easy to talk to, Honest, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I purchased my hot tub from Northstar 15 years ago. I’ve had a couple of small issues over the years. My problems have always been addresses quickly and professionally. I had to call again today, during the COVID-19 shutdown. Still, I received another quick, professional response. Holly talked me through a few simple ways to get my spa back up and running. It worked! She could have scheduled a service call or tried to sell me a new spa since mine is so old, but she did her best to get me back in my tub. I couldn’t be happier... read more
Horrible Nasty people. They only want customers who are going to spend lots of money. Went in for a low ticket item and was yelled at for not buying the rest of the system from her. Trust me go somewhere else.

I came to North-star with a question about a stove I bought at a different store. North-star had little to gain by helping me, since I already owned a stove. They still gave me all the time I needed and their advice was very knowledgeable and helpful.
