If you are looking for a spa or a wood or gas burning stove, this is the only place to go. Customer service is second to none. North Star stands behind their products, if you should have problem they will go the extra mile to help you solve it. Prices are competitive and much better than any place in the area. In spas they carry the hotspring spa, in my opinion is the Cadillac of spas, and will last you for years to come. contact Holly for information, I love my hotspring spa

We bought our Hot Tub from Holly after searching all places. Due to having severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and a lot of joint replacements i needed to make sure i could get in and out of the tub safely. Holly was such a sweetheart and invited me to come over and try one right there on the spot. What a service! We bought the Hot Tub and loved it ever since. My joints are happy and i feel great doing some water exercises in it also. We just came back from here store, because we were not sure if we wanted to keep the Hot Tub going ... read more

My husband and I have been dealing with Holly at Northstar Energy for over 20 years, so you can say we have enjoyed working with them. Our first venture was our Hot Springs hot tub, which we enjoyed for many years. When we did have a problem it was always so easy to call Holly and have her work us thru our problem or she would send someone out to help us. It was never a hassle. We have had our pellet stove for eight years and the saving has been amazing. The people are so easy to deal with, they are very helpful any time you call. Stop in and look around the inventory is hugh.
