Not only did the customer service rep listen to my story but Holly called me back. They were pretty busy and weren't sure when they could arrange a service call but they did. John came that week and he was thorough and went above and beyond in checking my stove and chimney. He reviewed the whole operation of the Lopi for a great outcome. Just wanted to let you and everyone else know we bought our pellet stove from you .. first we dealt with Holly, she was so pleasant, and knew the stoves inside and out.. very professional and awesome to work with, then Evan came out to our house.. We purchased our wood burning fireplace insert from Northstar Energy after reading their reviews and finding out that they handle the process from sale to install. I have to say that i am very happy we did. From picking out the unit in their store, with an amazing amount of information on each unit, to having all the documentation for the permit, the super fast install schedule (2 weeks ahead of estimated install) , and ridiculously fast service after install , after a small issue was discovered with the fan.
