best dental practice I have ever used.
Office and staff are warm and welcoming. From initial entry until last goodbye I felt like I was the most important patient thry had.
I highly recommend NorthStar dentistry. It is obvious that their goal is comfort and quality. The office is beautiful and you feel relaxed from when you walk in the door. I am someone who used to dread coming to the dentist, so it's nice when you find a place who seems to really value making their clients feel comfortable. I didn't have to wait to go in, and I felt like they did a thorough job with the cleaning. I also got an awesome coffee mug since it was my first visit. Literally the best dentist I've been to.
Very friendly and welcoming staff! I was impressed at the thoroughness of my cleaning and Dr. Merrill's complete examination of my teeth, gums and jaw. He took his time listening to me and what my goals are for my dental health but also clearly and honestly explained his recommendations for me and how this benefits me and my overall health.
Dr. Merrill is extremely professional and works quickly and efficiently. He communicates well with his patients and I don't dread going to my dental appointments.
Very happy with the level of service. Your staff was extremely pleasant and made me feel at home.
