What a thorough and comfortable experience! They explain everything and work hard to give you your best smile.
As someone who used to work in the healthcare field, I know what a pain insurance can be and Haleigh in the office was so patient and communicative in making sure that mine was accepted. NorthStar also sends text reminders as well as allows for scheduling through text which is very convenient. Dina was a wonderful hygienist and Dr. Bunn was very knowledgeable and explained things in a simplified manner that made sense to me. I have nothing but good things to say about NorthStar Dentistry for Adults!
Friendly staff, excellent service
I absolutely love this place! From the time you walk into the door you are greeted by Hailey, they have several things for you to choose from while you are waiting such as coffee and bottles of water. It’s such a nice environment and you never have to wait very long before someone comes to get you to take you to your room. Both Dentist are very detailed and explains everything so that you can understand and creates a plan to your need. I am so happy I found my new dentist! Dr. Bunn and his team are the best I have ever experienced.
Once again, I received excellent care and service at NorthStar. I saw Dr. Bunn and he was excellent. He took excellent care of me and I really like his plan to improve my oral health. Amber took care of my cleaning and did an excellent job. The entire team is great!
