This was my first office visit. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
I loved this place. I would recommend to as many people to experience what I did. Friendly and courteous staff. Jillian was amazing :)
Seriously, the best experience I have EVER had with a dentist/dental appointment. Jillian was amazing, Haleigh up front was amazing, Dr. Merrill is so down to Earth and chill. Loved the entire experience!
Everyone from the receptionist all the way up to Dr. Merrill were friendly and explained everything succinctly. They called my insurance and waited VERY patiently for answers to all questions so I’d know exactly how much I’d have to pay for replacing my 6 mercury fillings, my front teeth bonding, Invisalign for upper and lower and whitening! With my insurance I was pleasantly surprised that my out of pocket expense would be just over $5000.00 for everything!
I continue to rejoice that my wife and I have found Dr. Merrill. Personable, professional, organized, excellent staff all around with an outstanding, attentive, caring professional. And we set a high bar, having had a family member as our dentist for 30 plus years - until we retired and moved to Charlotte from 450 miles away.

If I could give NorthStar a '20' I would. Hands down the best experience myself or my wife has ever had at a Dentist. I have been blown away by the service my family has received.. From the moment you walk into the door you're greeted warmly and instantly you feel at ease. The quality of NorthStar does not simply include the actual dental work being performed (which has been top notch), rather it is with ALL the employees working there.
