Everyone in Dr Merrill's practice is very professional and definitely customer focused. The environment is very relaxing. Dr Merrill is an outstanding dentist with a great personality, always treating the customer as #1.
Dr. Merrill and his staff were so friendly and professional. As a new patient they truly made the entire process simple and easy. They were all pleasant to interact with and showed great passion for what they do. I commend Dr. Merrill and his staff for creating such a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Merrill is an excellent dentist for all purposes, but best I've ever found for cosmetic dentistry; well worth my 2 1/2-3 hrs. of travel each way to see him.
The staff was awesome. Everyone was polite Dr.merrill was very informative. The hygentist was very gentle she made me feel comfortable . I had a fear of going to the dentist but they more than relieved that issue. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone I know!!!
