Dr. Merrill was very helpful in helping me recognize my dental needs and desires. He explains things thoroughly and leaves the final decision to you as a patient. He is knowledgeable and his team is extremely capable and friendly.
Run, do not walk, to NorthStar Dentistry in Huntersville...you will be greeted with miles and miles of smiles and smiles. The support staff is helpful and willing to engage. Dr Merrill and his wife make the sometimes scary experience of reconstructive dentistry a little less intimidating and will walk you through all the reservations you might have. Highly recommended. Dr. Merrill is always awesome. He always makes you feel at ease and explains things in a way that you can understand. He also looks for the most cost-effective way to treat any problem so you can focus on your health instead of freaking out about the finances!

Super service and high level of expertise.
I had a procedure to have my teeth whitening. This was my first time having this done. The problem is my teeth did not become white. The person doing the procedure said "there is no guarantee that they will become white". I was told previously that they would be whitened in the office, but this did not happen. She gave me some trays and a whitening paste to take home and to whiten them until I get to the shade that is pleasing to me, however the bottom tray does not fit so I cannot even attempt to whiten at home
Awesome experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Felt right at home. Everything was explained in detail and they even helped me with payment options. Highly recommend this practice!
