The service received was fine. Qhat wasnt fine is the fact that they call you 4-5 times about a bill before they even send out a bill. $36. Really.?!? at some point this is classified as harrassment. I understand the revenue cycle more than most as I work for a 21 office medical establishment, in billing and collecting. At Northside, they even visited me an hour after I had a baby in the maternity ward while my son was in the NICU asking me for the $36 they hadn't billed me for. seriously?!?! Beyond ridiculous.
RecommendedThis place is amazing I have been in here going in 4 days and it is Christmas and today is my birthday and they are so caring this is what they done for me on the third floor I am so blessed and thank them more than they will ever know and may god always bless each and everyone of them! They all came in and sing happy birthday to me. I will try to share the video!
They took great care of one of my employees yesterday. He needed emergency services and the professionalism and precision was phenomenal 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀. Thankful to have this hospital close.

I was in the woman’s center this week and have to say ALL of the staff were incredible. The nurses (both day and night) took great care of me and the doctors came by often and didn’t rush me at all. It made a bad experience better. Thank you.
I've only been in the L&D portion of this hospital, but the staff are second to none!! I look forward to having the experience of having my son here.
We were here last night with our 20 year old son having seizures, very scary. Our nurse was sweet and caring. But we had a angel come in her name is Evette, she saw my husband so upset and took him for a walk and then brought the Chaplin back in to pray with us. What a blessing she was trying to explain everything to us. Please let her know how much we appreciate all she did for us 11-8-2018 at 230 ish she was there 😊

Using your “new computer system” as a reason for poor service tonight is a joke. The ER doctor is horrible and should not be seeing patients on his own. Six hours at your ER and just got meds that he said we would get four hours ago. Guess a bp of 178/121 doesn’t warrant alarm at your hospital.
