RecommendedThe ladies who work here are like family. I have always received the best care when I am here. They have watched my children grow up and spoil them when they are with me. They truly care about each individual that walks thru their doors!
My daughter had to go to the ER on Friday night due to high blood pressure and 36 weeks pregnant. I was very impressed with labor & delivery. Very nice and they were very sweet to my daughter. However, I wasn't impressed with the ER staff. Had to tell them multiple times why we were there and that my daughter was 36 weeks. They came and got her to take to L&D for evaluation. Amazing experience, I welcome my daughter in 12/2018. Nurses were all amazing and informative.
Absolute garbage. They really don't know what they are doing here. I feel like they misdiagnose people at first to have them come back in later to bill them more. Boarder line criminal behavior her. I'm just glade I went else were to get a correct diagnosis.

The incredible staff here literally saved my life after a month staying and less than 10% chance given to survive. No one would give up on me and everyone treated my family amazingly. Highest standard of hospital cleanliness I’ve seen as well. Highly recommend Northside Cherokee.
My daughter had out patient surgery today... Shout out to Nicole, Amanda, and the other nurses..... they put her at ease. They made me feel very comfortable - The woman at check in - Cassandra? I believe her name was, went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend!!
