In 1997, Northside Hospital-Cherokee (in Canton) was created through an agreement between R.T. Jones Regional Hospital and Northside Hospital, Inc. On May 6, 2017, Northside Hospital-Cherokee moved to its brand new campus near I-575 at exit 19 (Ga. Hwy. 20), near the Canton Marketplace development. The campus includes a 118-bed hospital and medical office building with a Cancer Institute and a distinct Women's Center.

Worst billing department I have ever dealt with in my life! I will never go back to this hospital for any reason! Your employee “James” should be ashamed at the way he talks to customers. I have been to only a handful of hospitals my entire life and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Unbelievable!
RecommendedMy mother was here a few times. The staff was fantastic! They all took such great care of her. The ER staff was excellent. Mom was admitted. She spent 2 weeks there. She had excellent care there Everyone was so caring! I highly recommend this hospital!!!

Had a terrible experience at the Northside Cherokee ER. Then I get a call about it from Patient Relations and I tell them what all happen and then I get a letter just saying how they are just back tracking on what was said to me at the ER and what happen. In other words they are just CYA!! Themselves. I had a miss read /and taken wrong chest X-ray and then told I had something on my right lung. SO a CT scan was recommended ,due to the scare of that of course I ask the ER to go ahead and do it since I was there. Long story sh... read more
The service received was fine. Qhat wasnt fine is the fact that they call you 4-5 times about a bill before they even send out a bill. $36. Really.?!? at some point this is classified as harrassment. I understand the revenue cycle more than most as I work for a 21 office medical establishment, in billing and collecting. At Northside, they even visited me an hour after I had a baby in the maternity ward while my son was in the NICU asking me for the $36 they hadn't billed me for. seriously?!?! Beyond ridiculous.
This place is amazing I have been in here going in 4 days and it is Christmas and today is my birthday and they are so caring this is what they done for me on the third floor I am so blessed and thank them more than they will ever know and may god always bless each and everyone of them! They all came in and sing happy birthday to me. I will try to share the video!
They took great care of one of my employees yesterday. He needed emergency services and the professionalism and precision was phenomenal 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀. Thankful to have this hospital close.
I was in the woman’s center this week and have to say ALL of the staff were incredible. The nurses (both day and night) took great care of me and the doctors came by often and didn’t rush me at all. It made a bad experience better. Thank you.
I've only been in the L&D portion of this hospital, but the staff are second to none!! I look forward to having the experience of having my son here.
