I had a very disappointing experience with Northshore & Robert Mailliard. Upon entering the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. Unprofessional behavior at the front desk reflects deeper issues within the practice’s environment. From the beginning, he came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in actually listening to me as a patient.
