Outstanding Doctor... Takes more time to listen than any Doctor I have ever known.
I am diabetic and "get" to see a lot of doctors on a regular basis. Dr Northrup is phenomenal! She spends a lot of time with you and follows up with you. She is simply the best doctor I have ever seen. She knows so much and is a continual learner, always wanting to get better. I recommend to everyone I know to see Ruby!
Very caring, compassionate doctor. Will spend as much time as you need with her, never makes the visit feel rushed. Always has a smile. Always has my trust in the care I receive. She treats the whole you! And her staff is always professional and caring. Received prompt service when I call.
I've never felt so comfortable in making a doctor my primary. She (and her nurses) listened to my concerns, went above and beyond to provide additional preventative care, and gave me various options to avoid prescriptions, providing natural options. I'm thankful I was referred to her and look forward to having her as my primary care physician for my future medical needs. She was super sweet and easy to talk to. You could tell she goes the extra mile for her patients. Highly recommend just on my first visit.
