Our experience with Northridge Crossings started a little less than a month ago. Carlene was very polite when she answered my initial call. Then we came in to take a tour with Naliyah. I have nothing but good things to say about Naliyah. She's answered our many questions and she's always greeted us with a smile. My elderly parents relocated to NC from Texas and we needed a spacious unit that didn't break the bank. My mom is handicapped and my father has issues with his legs. I would like to say I love being a resident at Northridge Crossing, from day one when I was preparing to move in the Ladies in the office have always been so helpful and pleasant and very patient with helping me with every step in making it a AWESOME move in, It's so nice and quiet here and a Great place to live!! I just want to say Thank You!!!
If i could i will give 0 star . Dear fellas; before you take rent froth this property make sure you read this - i was there for 4 year and this property i dont know how long ago it was built. Any maintenance you want they wont give you so easily. And this year April 2025 i moved out from here and they charged-me $2489.51 . Your guys will decide if you want to move in here with that kind of damage what they can do . All the equipment on that property are old when new tenants come they just paint the wall and little clen the r... read more
I have had a wonderful experience living here the past 3 years, maintenance is on point, and the front office staff are a pleasure. I highly recommend living here to anyone!
I had a very bad experience with customer service. They say close at 6 p.m. I went more than four times at different times: before 6 p.m., before 5 p.m., and even once at 4:20 p.m., and it was closed. When I managed to speak to the girl who spoke Spanish, she had very poor service; she helped me outside the office. According to her, all applications are online only. I have much more to say about my bad experience with customer service here, but I'll leave it at that! Simply put, if you're a new tenant, be patient.
