I rented a house in Benson from Northpoint Asset Management and they are by far the worst property management company I have encountered. My move in was delayed by a week as the house was never cleaned prior to my move-in date, the HVAC unit was old and the emergency heat strips were failed - the house would not warm up past 58 degrees in the winter and would not cool below 85 degrees in the summer.
