Ignoring maintenance requests , no communication, no one answers the phone or emails . I had to pay 300$ last year because my own car got towed out of my own neighborhood and was not made aware nor given a pass that I needed for the visitor section. They said they would look into it and get back to me and never did . This company is one of the worst. Luckily Julio doesn’t manage anymore because he was very rude !!!
We are current tenants renting a home managed by this company in the Garner area, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. We renewed our lease expecting that long-standing maintenance issues—specifically damaged sheet vinyl flooring caused by a toilet leak—would be resolved. I was never told that I needed a visitor pass to park my car in the visitor spot $300 later I was told I’m so sorry about that. We have also dealt with that in our neighborhood. This is extremely sad not to mention I still have not gotten any word on getting a pass so I can’t even park in my own neighborhood in the visitor section.
Awful company , the website no longer works and unresponsive office attendants , company appears to be a scam ; I’ve reported to BBB for assistance
