I was never told that I needed a visitor pass to park my car in the visitor spot $300 later I was told I’m so sorry about that. We have also dealt with that in our neighborhood. This is extremely sad not to mention I still have not gotten any word on getting a pass so I can’t even park in my own neighborhood in the visitor section.
Awful company , the website no longer works and unresponsive office attendants , company appears to be a scam ; I’ve reported to BBB for assistance
I have been with Northpoint since 11/2022z it's has been a nightmare since day one . I have been living under unsafe , unhabitable living conditions for over 6 months now . Floors are cracked , plumbming pipes are broken , leaks in the house , all appliances are backed up . I've submitted numerous amount of pictures and videos. I am unable to use water unable to shower or cook because eveything will flood . I have to keep my water shut off . I have two children . We have not been placed in a hotel .
