My old GDO had given up the ghost recently, and Northgate Doors and the installer, Justin, were great to work with. From my initial call all the way through installation, the staff at Northgate Doors was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Justin estimated that installation would take about an hour or so, and he hit that mark. Very satisfied with my new opener and the service from Northgate Doors. Thanks!
I called Northgate Doors when I realized I had a broken spring on my garage door. Justin came the next day and replaced the spring and serviced the door. I can't hardly hear it open now. Justin was a very friendly young man and I was very impressed with his work.
One of the springs broke and within hours of my distress call Justin G arrived ready to fix my garage door. Problem arose and he promised to have the right size spring the next day. To my surprise, when I was drinking my first cup of coffee, he stopped by on his way to work and replaced the broke spring, Between the most pleasant office staff and the 'ready to please' repairmen (especially Justin) that have been sent to our home, well, we wouldn't go anywhere else but Northgate to take care of our garage door needs.
Josh was helpful and completed the job as scheduled.

We had a garage door spring break at our home, and the gentleman that came out from Northgate Doors did an excellent job. They didn’t have the spring in stock but was able to get it in quickly. Very satisfied with their service and price.
