Outstanding service! I phoned Northgate Doors yesterday morning and asked if someone could give me an estimate for replacing a broken spring on my garage doors. A price was given over the phone and I agreed. Cindy said that she could schedule the work for Tuesday. I asked if I could get it done any sooner. She said, "Hold on please". We had an amazing experience with Northgate Doors! Our garage door opener broke and what we were quoted from another repair company that it would cost $950 to fix, Justin said it would cost a simple $195. We decided to go ahead and get the whole thing replaced since it is a very old model. Other repair quoted over $1,400 to replace everything. Northgate Doors said only $500. Always on time, do a great job. Go above expectations. Once, someone else had installed some parts improperly, so while doing repairs not related to those parts, changed them anyway. Didn't charge for the extra care.
