Atmosphere very friendly, inviting & staff looked professional in appearance. I like the larger exam room, but am a bit "shy" & would've preferred french doors to be closed. However, because their glass I would've still felt a bit uncomfortable as chair faces directly out so anyone walking by can see. I'd prefer chair to be facing away from doors...that's just me though. Why I like to go to the dentist? Well simple, consistent customer focus.
The breakdown of the phases was very informative. I knew exactly what to expect and the results of the final phase. Just not sure which smile to choose for myself, but can't wait to get started!
Very professional dentistry. So much so that I am going to transfer my family to this office. The staff is very professional with excellent bedside manner. Very Pleased.
