Everyone showed extreme patience. Absolutely no work was done until I was ready for it. I'm so grateful to have found an office actually willing to take care of someone with an extreme fear of dentists instead of sending them away.
Staff is super-friendly, helpful, and attentive. Really appreciate the personal approach to patient care and concern for what's best for me . The warm neck pillows are nice, too. ;)

Lifelong fear of dentist office from many past experiences that weren't positive or pleasant. Northgate has won me over! I don't mind going to the dentist anymore (and if you knew me you'd know that this is not just lip service!)

I like the high speed drill and the shots(needles inside the mouth) to deaden the pain.
I had hot/cold sensitivity to a tooth for >1 year; I had stopped chewing on the right side of my mouth because of it...I couldn't even chew an apple!! I put it off & put it off & put it off and FINALLY when I had enough of not using all my teeth to chew (how dumb is that!!) I made the appointment to have the silly cavity fixed. It took all of 15 minutes to get done and now I can chew an apple on the right side of my mouth!! What an idiot I am to put off something so SIMPLE!! My girls love going to the dentist. One way they feel welcomed is the cookies and juice they get after their appointment!
