Just love you guys!!!!! Dr Carter is a very knowledgeable dentist and has a great bed side manner. The front office gals are awesome and so are the hygienists and assistants. An overall wonderful dental office! Thanks for taking such good care of our family!! :)
From the moment you walk in and are greeted by name you know this is a great office. You can enjoy a Short wait with a coffee and then your tech will come and get you. Everything is explained in detail so you know what's going on and can ask questions. The whole office works as a team to get you though your appointment with ease. When it's over you are walked out to the front desk to finish any paperwork or payment. The whole time you are treated like a friend.
Okay . . . honestly, I'm still not crazy about getting dental work done (because of past experiences). . . but I don't dread and avoid it anymore. Thanks to the team at Northgate, I have a comprehensive understanding of the dental work that needs to be done, I understand the priority of needs and I can make progress with each visit. I actually enjoy going into the dental office, because of the amazing staff.
The staff was very considerate of me fears, and never once made me feel cowardice :)
The office personnel were considerate and confidential. Ashley was incredible! Understanding, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Carter was impressive in his care and understanding with a pre-visit phone call, as well as, during his exam. This has helped to change my fear and apprehension for dentistry.
Cassie did a great job of making of making me feel comfortable and like I was talking to a life long friend.
Very efficient and friendly office. Especially good for anyone with anxiety about dental work. A tad pricey.
Everyone is really nice and friendly. I appreciate the staff and how organized they are. Makes me feel important and well taken care of.
