After my 1st bad experience, I decided to give you folks a 2nd chance. Had my physical with you folks, which is covered 100%. Then I am hit with bills from you folks. To find out you took blood testing not included in a normal physical & not covered by my insurance. I was clear I only wanted testing that was covered & to be informed of any testing NOT covered with my physical. Very upsetting to be hit with bills I was not aware of or agreed to. Wonderful staff...so many to name! Rachel who I spent the first afternoon with, Laura who had to deal with me overnight and Fatima who had to deal with my crabby self all day, you deserve a special star! Thank you for your patience with me and my surly self! :)
My daughter had surgery yesterday, her nurses were incredible and so caring and loving! Will definanlty make them my go-to for future surgeries and care!
They staff is very helpful and listens to your concerns and needs. Dietary made requests happen and very tasty too. So glad to have a quality hospital in town so we didn't have to go to Twin Cities.
