Northfield hospital and clinics are truly amazing! They actually care for the patient and their family instead of being just a number and getting them in and out. As for clinic staff they are amazing as well. No wait time, you get in and out. They care about their patients. They greet you with a smile no matter what. They care. I am so happy my family made the decision to switch providers from Owatonna to Northfield we love it here and our kids even love it.
Thank you to the entire medical/surgical staff of Northfield Hospital who took care of me during my recent visit for an unexpected appendectomy. The staff was Truly amazing from the second I walked into the ER door to the time I was discharged the next day along with follow up phone calls & even a thoughtful card I received in the mail. I will never choose another hospital again! Every person was amazing though out the whole hospital. I loved my nurse Mary from the labor and delivery. Mary was by my side through my labor and delivery and after. Don't get me wrong all the nurses were great too. And knowing I made a huge decision when I switched doctors at 7 months was sorry scary, on second thought it was the best decision for my care and my infants care.
Just got home this afternoon after my surprise appendectomy. The staff was SERIOUSLY amazing from the second I walked into the ER door. I'm a single mom, new to the area, so I had my 7 year old with me for the first part of the visit. My amazing ER nurse Margaret took such great care of both her AND I!
