You need to work on you sensitivity when told bad news i know you guys are use to seeing sick people but you need to learn to be more sensitive when a child is present. At least ask if its ok for him to listen to horrible news.
Love how nice everyone is and they are very good about watching how long you have been sitting there waiting to see your doctor!!!
I think the doctors are amazing and really care about their patients, however as a parent that had a concern for their unwell children and tried to voice that concern with the supervisor at the Farmington location, I was hung up on. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and since it has switched over from the previous staff members from when we first started going there, it hasn’t been the same. Sadly we will be leaving this clinic and will miss our doctors.
After a 6.5 hours spent in ER yesterday with my Mom....I have nothing but praise for the Northfield Hospital. My thanks to Dr. Jennifer Block and the entire staff of ER in helping my Mom with respect, kindness and efficiency. Also...the instant communication between Alina Clinic, the hospital and Millstream Commons made everything go smoothly. A heartfelt thank you!!! You're the best.
You turn away people that need cannabis to stop their seizures? Hope this makes national news..
