I waited an hour to see the doctor... my time is valuable too
I was a new patient on my first visit so my experience is limited, but in any case, I found the staff to be friendly and good-natured all around. My existing conditions and recent bloodwork was thoroughly reviewed as was my treatment history and gaps in it. Dr. Kim immediately took steps to schedule follow-ups to bring those tests and treatments up-to-date, with due consideration for my insurance guidelines. I was pretty frustrated when I left from my appointment. I came in as a new patient to have a work physical (to reduce my deductibles and copays). This visit was supposed to be free as it was covered 100% by my insurance. However, when I made the appointment, I was not told that there would be a copay for the visit because it was billed twice, once for a New Patient visit and once as a Physical. Great staff and great doctors. Everybody here goes out of their way to make sure you get the care you need when you need it. They get my Mom in at a moments notice when she has an unexpected issue. They follow up and follow thru. I couldn't be more pleased.

Always satisfied with Dr Gardner
Other than receiving my up coming appointment dates with 3-4 specialists, it was a great visit. Nothing was mentioned about financing until I asked to have my labs done the same day, that's when I was informed that Medicare would not pay for Labs on the same day as a "welliness" visit. That was the only thing mentioned about finances.
